The moon jellyfish genome browser is currently undergoing maintenance as it moves to a new server.
Until then, the raw data (including the genome) can be downloaded at NCBI under BioProject PRJNA490213.
I am also making the data behind the genome browser accessible through this link. This currently includes:
- The genome (Aurelia.Genome_v1.2_11-27-18.fasta)
- The genome annotation file (Aurelia.Genome_Annotation_v1.2_11-28-18.gff3)
- Transcript models (Aurelia.Transcript_Models_v1.2_11-28-18.fasta)
- Protein models (Aurelia.Protein_Models_v1.2_11-28-18.fasta)
You can use these files in JBrowse or IGV to view the annotated genome on your personal computer.
